Adoption Agreement
1. Adopters must be 2l years old or over, with stable accommodation, job & good economic income.
2. We don't accept adoption in places except Shenzhen, which is convenient for contact and return visit.
3. Adopters must provide the original ID card or passport, telephone number, Wechat number, home address.
4. The adoption deposit is RMB300.00/small dog, RMB500.00/big dog and RMB100.00/cat, we'll issue the receipt. Please kindly keep the receipt well, we'll refund the deposit if the physical examination will pass after adoption half of year; If the pet is lost or dead within half a year, we won't refund the deposit.
5. Pets from adoption center have been desexed, but if some young pets that not old enough for desexing at the time of adoption, an additional deposit as RMB350.00 must be paid, we'll issue the receipt. Please take the pets back to our shelter when they are over six month old, we'll desex them for free, the deposit will be fully refunded to adopter, you can take them home after recovery.(We normally don't suggest to adopt the pets not desexed, and the female cats and dogs that haven't be desexed will not allowed to be adopted here.)
6. In order to prevent pets from falling off the buildings, running away and other accidents, please accept the home visiting and safety inspection of the adopters’ windows, balconies or entering gardens by our staff before adoption, and the places with potential safety hazards shall be sealed with grids. Adoption will be allowed when there is no potential safety hazard.
7. We send the pet to the adoptive family by our own. Adopters should join our adopters' Wechat group (to facilitate mutual and timely communication and understand the current situation and physical condition of pets, etc.). Adopters are encouraged to often send photos or videos of adopted pets to the group. If the adopters doesn't send the latest information about the pet for a long time, we will take the initiative to contact them, and there may be a need for a home visiting to follow-up. If we find that the adopter is irresponsible and takes poor care of the pet, we have the right to take back the adoption center.
8. If the adopter moves (including leaving Shenzhen to other cities or returning to his hometown), the new address and contact information need to be told to us for timely update. Before moving, we need to take safety measures such as windows and balconies of the new address, and adopters should agree to accept our return visit for the new place.
9. If the pet is sick after adoption, you need to take him/her to the nearby pet hospital or the pet hospital cooperating with us for timely treatment. You can also give the pet back to our adoption center. Don't abandon it and wander the pet on the street.
10. After adoption, for the health of you, your family and the pets, please take the pets to the pet hospital or adoption center regularly every year, and we will vaccinate them for free.
Attention!
If the pets are missing, running away etc., please contact us at the first time (not to delay the best time to find the pets). According to our experience, most pets can be found in time, and we don't want them to become stray animals again.
